My Content Pillars & How They Keep Me Focused (Even on Crazy Weeks)

One of the smartest things I ever did for my brand (and my sanity) was creating clear content pillars.

Instead of scrambling for new ideas every day or wondering what I should post, I have a simple, chic structure that keeps me focused — even when mom life is chaotic, the gym is calling, or my brain is running on matcha fumes.

Here’s exactly how I use content pillars to stay on-brand, organized, and inspired across Pinterest, Instagram, and my blog — and how you can too.


✨ What Are Content Pillars?

Content pillars are 3–5 main topics you consistently create content around.
They represent your brand’s vibe, expertise, lifestyle, and values — and give your audience clear expectations about what they’ll get from following you.

Think of them like the foundation of your house: everything you create builds on top of them.

  • Repurposing is Seamless: A blog post on wellness easily becomes a Pinterest pin, a Story series, and a Reel — all still on-brand.

  • No More Creator Burnout: Even on crazy busy weeks, I can stay visible without feeling like I’m starting from scratch.
