Let’s be real — content doesn’t create itself. And as a mom, creator, and all-around wellness girly, I don’t have time to wing it every day. That’s where batching content has become my ultimate secret weapon.
It’s how I stay consistent, show up professionally, and still have space for gym time, skincare rituals, and playtime with my son — without burning out.
If you’re balancing a personal brand, content creation, and mom life (aka real life), this one’s for you.
✨ What is Content Batching?
Batching means creating multiple pieces of content in one sitting — like filming all your Reels in a few hours, shooting all your photos for the week in one afternoon, or writing several blog posts on a quiet Sunday morning.
It saves time, cuts down on decision fatigue, and keeps my creative flow… flowing.
💻 My Batching Schedule (Realistic & Repeatable)
Here’s how I typically break it down:
Monday: Planning Day
-
I brainstorm content based on my brand pillars (wellness, fitness, golf, skincare, mom life)
-
Outline my posts for the week or month
-
Write captions + note visual concepts
Tools I love: Notion, Google Calendar, and my GoodNotes app when I’m on the go
Wednesday: Filming & Photo Day
-
I batch shoot Reels, TikToks, stories, and UGC
-
If I’m vibing, I’ll also film skincare routines or outfit changes
Pro tip: Have 2–3 cute outfits ready so everything looks fresh (and on-brand) I work full time with patients so you can do it, I promise.
Friday: Edit & Schedule
-
I edit video clips, choose cover photos, write hashtags, and schedule in Later or directly in the app
-
I’ll also write any blog posts or email copy I mapped out on Monday
🧠 How I Stay Organized
-
Content Pillars: I rotate between topics like “Mom Life,” “Fitness Tips,” “Skincare Secrets,” and “Golf Vibes” and so on and so forth.
-
Templates: I use Canva templates for quick, aesthetic graphics
-
Lighting Setup: Natural light + a ring light = ready for anything
💗 Mom Life Hack: Work With Your Reality
Some days, I batch during calm down time at the end of the day. Sometimes I can even get some stuff done while I cheer on little man at practices. Other days, I film with a mess in the background — and I don’t stress about it.
Done is better than perfect. And sometimes, real life content performs better because it’s relatable.
🛍️ My Must-Have Batching Tools
-
Phone tripod (with Bluetooth remote = lifesaver)
-
Ring light with adjustable tone
-
Canva Pro for templates
-
Ghost Energy or iced matcha (depending on the vibe)
-
A clean corner with good lighting + minimal distractions
Bonus points for a filming monitor and multiple lens options
✍️ Final Thoughts
Batching has saved my sanity and helped me show up consistently and confidently as both a mom and a creator. It lets me pour into my brand without running on empty — and still be present with my little one.
If you’ve been feeling scattered or behind on content, try batching for a week. You’ll never go back.
